Stop experimenting with AI. Start using it.

Cardinal Agentic Solutions designs and builds AI agent systems that take over real operational work — research, communication, coordination, follow-through — so your team can focus on what only people can do.

What Cardinal does

Cardinal is a consultancy for organizations that want to put AI to work, not just experiment with it. We help you find the operational work that's a fit for AI agents, design how those agents fit into your existing tools and processes, and build the systems that actually run in production.

01

Identify the right work

Not every task should be an agent. We map the operational work that's actually a good candidate — high-volume, rule-bound, judgment-light, or coordination-heavy — and prioritize by impact and feasibility.

02

Design the workflow

Agents work best when they fit cleanly into the tools, data, and processes you already have. We design the workflow architecture: which agents do what, what they have access to, how humans stay in the loop.

03

Build what runs

Strategy without implementation is a slide deck. Cardinal builds the actual systems — using current frontier models and the right surrounding tooling — and stays involved through deployment.

Joe Geritano, Founder of Cardinal Agentic Solutions

Built by someone who's done the work.

Cardinal was founded by Joe Geritano, who spent 12 years in the advertising industry before moving into AI work two years ago. That combination matters: ad-industry operations are complex, deadline-driven, and full of repeatable coordination work — exactly the kind of operational reality where AI agents actually create leverage, and exactly the kind of context most AI consultants don't understand from the inside.

Cardinal is intentionally small. Engagements work directly with Joe — no junior consultants, no handoffs, no layers between you and the person doing the work.

Let's talk about what you're trying to automate.

If you have an operational problem you think AI agents might solve, or you're not sure where to start, the best first step is a conversation. No prepared pitch, no commitment — just a working call to figure out if there's a fit.
